Terms of Service

ChannelMind is a growth analysis tool for YouTube creators. We analyze your channel and video data to provide evidence-based observations and recommendations. ChannelMind does not guarantee any specific outcome, growth, or performance improvement — our recommendations are based on available data and should be treated as informed suggestions, not guarantees.

• You must have a valid Google account and YouTube channel to use most features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ChannelMind.

You agree not to:

• Use ChannelMind for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data or account without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our service
• Upload content you do not have the rights to upload
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our underlying analysis methods for competing commercial use

You retain all rights to the YouTube content and files you upload or link to ChannelMind. By uploading a video file, or pasting a link to one of your own YouTube videos, for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that file solely to provide analysis results to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, video files are deleted after processing.

The analysis, recommendations, and insights ChannelMind generates for your account are provided for your use in managing your own channel. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage ChannelMind's output as a competing product or service.

ChannelMind integrates with YouTube (via Google's API Services) and other third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service.

ChannelMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That our analysis will be error-free or complete
• Any specific growth, view count, or performance outcome for your channel
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelMind and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, views, or subscribers.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing terms (price, frequency, cancellation) will be presented to you at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ChannelMind if you violate these Terms. You may stop using ChannelMind and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChannelMind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
