AI-generated content
ChannelMind uses AI to generate video ideas, channel analysis, and recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it or publishing it.
Intellectual property
ChannelMind and its underlying technology are owned by ChannelMind. Your YouTube channel data remains yours. AI-generated outputs you produce through the platform are available for your use, subject to the AI provider's terms.
Data and privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using ChannelMind, you consent to the data practices described there.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your access to the platform ends and your data will be handled per our data retention policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
