What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, account credentials) and information generated through your use of ChannelMind (usage data, AI interaction logs, saved ideas, and channel analysis results).
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the ChannelMind service: to generate channel analysis, produce video ideas, track competitor activity, and personalize your workspace. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
YouTube data access
ChannelMind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect a YouTube channel, ChannelMind accesses: - Your YouTube channel's public metadata (title, description, subscriber count, video list) - Your channel's analytics data (views, watch time, engagement metrics) - This data is used solely to provide analysis, idea generation, and competitor insights within your ChannelMind workspace. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, and do not use it to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. Channel analytics data sourced from YouTube is cached for performance and deleted when you disconnect a channel.
Third-party services
ChannelMind uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Google/YouTube (channel data via OAuth), and AI model providers (for analysis and idea generation). Each provider's privacy practices apply to data they process.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@channelmind.ai.
Cookies
ChannelMind uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.
