Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App

1. Log in to ChannelMind
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

This immediately revokes our access to your Google/YouTube data and schedules your account and all associated data for deletion.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you're unable to access your account, email us at Support@Channelmind.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we delete:

• Your account and profile information
• Your connected channel data and sync history
• All Decision Cards, audit results, and generated recommendations
• Your Creator DNA and Creator Blueprint data
• Any tracked competitor data associated with your account
• Any uploaded video files (these are already deleted automatically after processing, as described in our Privacy Policy)

Revoking YouTube Access Separately

Deleting your ChannelMind account does not automatically revoke ChannelMind's access on Google's side. To fully remove ChannelMind's permission to access your Google account:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find ChannelMind in the list of connected apps
3. Click Remove Access

We recommend doing both steps for a complete removal.

How Long Deletion Takes

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately for account access, with underlying data fully removed from our systems within 30 days (to account for backup cycles).
